What is your return policy?

Ready Stock Items:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of completed delivery
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and without signs of tampering
  • Original receipt required for all return requests
  • All returns subject to inspection and approval by our team

Pre-Order Items:

  • Exchanges only accepted within 14 days of completed delivery
  • Exchanges permitted only for proven factory defects
  • Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective

What conditions must be met for returns?

All returns must meet these requirements:

  • Items must be unworn with no signs of use
  • Original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included
  • No signs of tampering or attempted repairs
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Return authorization number from our team

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Damage due to falls, drops, or impacts
  • Mishandling or improper care
  • Personal wear and tear
  • Damage deemed not to be manufacturing fault
  • Custom, engraved, or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or lotions

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Step-by-step process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos of the item and any defects (if applicable)
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  5. Package item securely with all original materials
  6. Ship using our provided return label (if applicable)
  7. Track your return shipment
  8. Await inspection and processing (5-7 business days)

What is covered under warranty?

All Pinerri™ jewelry comes with our standard product warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects: Faulty craftsmanship or assembly
  • Material quality issues: Premature tarnishing, discoloration, or deterioration
  • Stone setting problems: Loose or improperly set gemstones
  • Clasp or closure malfunctions: Defective mechanisms

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
  • Damage from improper care or cleaning
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh substances
  • Loss, theft, or misplacement
  • Damage from resizing by third parties

How long does the return process take?

Timeline breakdown:

  • Return authorization: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping to us: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
  • Inspection process: 3-5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Total time: 12-21 business days from initiation to refund

Who pays for return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping for:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Non-defective returns

Pinerri™ pays return shipping for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged items received
  • Warranty claims

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchange options:

  • Same item, different size: Available for ready stock items
  • Same item, different color/style: Subject to availability
  • Different item entirely: Treated as return + new purchase
  • Pre-order items: Exchanges only for defects, same item only

What if I received a damaged item?

Immediate steps:

  1. Do not wear or handle the item unnecessarily
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at info@pinerri.com
  4. Provide order number and detailed description
  5. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned following the same policies:

  • Original receipt or gift receipt required
  • Same timeframes apply (30 days for ready stock, 14 days for pre-orders)
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • Gift certificates can be issued upon request
