In-Stock Items

• Returns accepted within 30 days of completed delivery
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and without signs of tampering
• Original receipt required for all return requests
• All returns subject to inspection and approval by our team

Pre-Order Items

• Exchanges only accepted within 14 days of completed delivery
• Exchanges permitted only for proven factory defects
• Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective

Return Conditions (All Items)

• The original receipt must accompany all return requests
• All returns inspected by our team before approval
• No returns accepted for damage due to fall, mishandling, or personal wear and tear
• No returns or refunds granted if physical damage is observed and deemed not to be manufacturing fault
