Terms of Service

These terms of service ('Terms') govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Pinerri™. ('Pinerri™', 'we', 'us', 'our') through this website or other channels.

  • All products are sold subject to our standard product warranty.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST for sales within Singapore.
  • International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties.
  • Payment must be made in full before products are shipped.
  • Orders can be cancelled or changed only with our prior agreement.

Product Categories and Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Items that are 'In-Stock' and not labelled "Pre-Order" are available for immediate shipping and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Pre-Order Items

Items marked as 'Pre-Order' require manufacturing time:

  • Manufacturing time: Up to 3 weeks from order confirmation
  • Shipping time: Additional 1 week for both domestic (Singapore) and international orders
  • Total delivery time: Up to 4 weeks from order placement
  • Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective

Return and Exchange Policy

In-Stock Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of completed delivery
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and without signs of tampering
  • Original receipt required for all return requests
  • All returns subject to inspection and approval by our team

Pre-Order Items

  • Exchanges only accepted within 14 days of completed delivery
  • Exchanges permitted only for proven factory defects
  • Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective

Return Conditions (All Items)

  • The original receipt must accompany all return requests
  • All returns inspected by our team before approval
  • No returns accepted for damage due to fall, mishandling, or personal wear and tear
  • No returns or refunds granted if physical damage is observed and deemed not to be manufacturing fault
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and without signs of tampering

Pinerri™ respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore). When you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order, providing customer service, and marketing our products to you. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill your order.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • In-Stock - Domestic (Singapore): 3-5 business days
  • In-Stock - International: 7-14 business days
  • Pre-Order - Domestic and International: Up to 4 weeks total (3 weeks manufacturing + 1 week shipping)
