What materials are used in your jewelry pieces?
Our jewelry pieces are crafted from premium materials including:
- Sterling Silver 925: High-quality silver with 92.5% purity
- 14k & 18k Gold: Solid gold pieces and gold-filled options
- Platinum: For our premium collection pieces
- Precious Stones: Diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and rubies
- Semi-Precious Stones: Pearls, opals, garnets, and more
- Hypoallergenic Materials: Suitable for sensitive skin
Each material is carefully selected for durability, beauty, and comfort. All pieces undergo quality inspection before shipping.
How do I determine the right size for my jewelry?
For Rings:
- Use a downloadable ring sizer app
- Visit a local jeweler for professional sizing
- Measure an existing ring that fits well
- Consider finger swelling throughout the day
For Necklaces:
- 16" - Choker length, sits at base of neck
- 18" - Princess length, sits at collarbone
- 20" - Matinee length, sits at chest
- 24" - Opera length, sits at bust line
For Bracelets:
- Measure your wrist circumference
- Add 0.5-1 inch for comfortable fit
- Consider the bracelet style (tight vs loose fit)

Can I customize any of your pieces?
Yes! We offer various customization options:
- Engraving: Names, dates, special messages
- Size Adjustments: Custom sizing for rings and bracelets

- Design Modifications: Minor adjustments to existing designs
Important Notes:
- Custom orders are considered pre-orders (3 weeks manufacturing + 1 week shipping)
- Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective
- Additional fees may apply for customization
- Contact us before ordering to discuss your customization needs
What's the difference between Ready Stock and Pre-Order items?
Ready Stock Items:
- Available for immediate shipping
- Dispatched within 1-2 business days
- Standard return policy applies (30 days)
- No customization available
Pre-Order Items:
- Made to order specifically for you
- 3 weeks manufacturing time + 1 week shipping
- Customization options available
- Exchange only policy (14 days, defects only)
Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?
Yes! All Pinerri™ jewelry comes with our standard product warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material quality issues
- Craftsmanship problems
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Damage from improper care
- Loss or theft
Warranty claims require original receipt and inspection by our team.
