Everything you need to know about Pinerri™ shipping times, processing, and delivery options.

What's the difference between Ready Stock and Pre-Order items?

Ready Stock Items:

  • Available for immediate shipping
  • Dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
  • No manufacturing time required
  • Standard return policy applies (30 days)

Pre-Order Items:

  • Made to order specifically for you
  • Manufacturing time: Up to 3 weeks from order confirmation
  • Shipping time: Additional 1 week for both domestic and international orders
  • Total delivery time: Up to 4 weeks from order placement
  • Exchange only policy (14 days, defects only)
  • Custom, pre-ordered, or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective

How long does shipping take?

Ready Stock Items:

  • Singapore (Domestic): 3-5 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days depending on destination

Pre-Order Items:

  • All Destinations: Up to 4 weeks total (3 weeks manufacturing + 1 week shipping)
  • Both domestic (Singapore) and international orders follow the same timeline

What are your shipping options?

We offer several shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Most economical option with standard delivery times
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for ready stock items only
  • International Shipping: Available to most countries worldwide
  • Registered Mail: With tracking and insurance for valuable items

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of your order
  • Destination country/region
  • Selected shipping method
  • Insurance value (for high-value items)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • International shipping rates vary by destination
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • Additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply (customer responsibility)
  • Some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports
  • Pre-order items follow the same 4-week timeline regardless of destination

How is my order processed?

Ready Stock Orders:

  1. Order confirmation and payment processing (same day)
  2. Quality inspection and packaging (1-2 business days)
  3. Dispatch and tracking information sent (within 2 business days)

Pre-Order Orders:

  1. Order confirmation and payment processing (same day)
  2. Manufacturing begins (up to 3 weeks)
  3. Quality inspection and packaging (included in manufacturing time)
  4. Dispatch and tracking information sent (1 week shipping time)

What if my order is delayed?

If your order experiences unexpected delays:

  • We'll notify you immediately via email
  • Provide updated delivery estimates
  • Offer alternatives if available
  • For significant delays, we may offer compensation or cancellation options

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible but depend on order status:

  • Before dispatch: Contact us immediately at contactus@pinerri.com
  • After dispatch: Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Pre-orders: Changes possible during manufacturing period

Do you offer expedited processing?

For ready stock items, we offer:

  • Same-day processing (additional fee applies)
  • Express shipping options
  • Priority handling for urgent orders

Note: Pre-order items cannot be expedited due to manufacturing requirements.
